A Mother's Practice for 15 Years:

While healing all the chakras, ensuring clean subtle body, the next key watch is their diet.
Diet :
- Simple easy to digest diet
- Avoid complex protein & carb : pulses, rice, white flour, sugar, processed food
: processed food : anything from a can or packet to be avoided
- What to give :
- sprouted beans
- daily greens
- mix of veges
- animal protein : some fish, chicken to be reduced
- food with good amount of fiber
I put my daughter on a no flour, minimum sugar, vegetarian, wholesome diet for 12 months.
Together with daily sensing, healing, chakra balancing. The results was worth all effort.

I do it just before my girl wakes up, and as she is about to sleep ( for the first 18 months, this was the routine )
1. Aura cleansing
2. Ida pingala ( regular & reverse )
3. Sense energy body, astral body
4. Sense solar plexus, ajna, crown, sex, root chakra - these are the points that can easily get effected
5. Sense brain energy, heal blocks if any
6. Sense stomach and heal
Can start with the above first.
Sensing helps understand our child's functioning/challenges.
Trust your sensing, avoid a second taught.... just do it ๐๐๐

For Family
Avoiding Acidic food includes eliminating all sour fruits, sour vegetables, and old yogurt. No lemon/lime/tamarind/raw mango/pickles/vinegar or any versions of it.
Avoid boxed (commercially made) snacks and foods as they usually have hidden harmful or inflammatory ingredients. Same for sugary snacks and foods.
Instead - use simple home made foods and snacks, heavy on vegetables that are green inside, whole beans and seeds and sprouts, wheat, millet, with mild spices (low salt, no added sugar, zero sour).
Lightly cook your vegetables to retain the green color. (Go heavier on good oil, ajwain, hing, sesame seeds, chopped curry leaves, cilantro, ginger/garlic) to increase the flavor without too much salt or spices).
For those with sensitive gut or IBS symptoms - ajwain, cumin, nutmeg, cardamom, curry leaves and ginger are best friends.
Also prepare hot water with a few slices of fresh ginger and drink all day, hot, warm, or room temperature.
Would work well on the child with cold symptoms if they would drink it. Can add other beneficial items such as cloves, cinnamon, black pepper if their tongue and stomach can handle it :)
This is advisable for entire family for long term good health ๐๐๐
